How do we calculate the number of students?
We bill based on the number of active, enrolled students in your system at the end of each billing cycle. Graduated or transferred students are not counted.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Schools that choose annual billing receive two months free. That's ₵200 per student per year.
What happens if we add students mid-month?
We prorate any additions to your plan, so you only pay for what you use during that month.
Are there any additional integration fees?
No. Our core philosophy is one price for everything. All current and future modules are included in your student rate.
